Top 10 Visionaries of All Time

You know the drill by now. In no particular order. Based solely on my opinion.

To me, a visionary is someone with a passion for creating what has never been seen or done before by humanity. They are often described as being “ahead of their time” in terms of radical thinking and beliefs, but when we look back, we can fully understand their genius. Below is a list of ten people I believe meet these qualifications. I will not be taking any feedback at this time.

Beyoncé

Many people were outraged to not see Beyoncé on my Top 10 Vocalists list, but I had this cooking in the back of my mind. To me, Beyoncé is much more than a vocalist, she is a visionary artist. If you saw Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé, you know what I am talking about. She oversees and spearheads every aspect of her public persona. She has a vision, and she is not afraid to do what she needs to do to accomplish it. Her art has changed countless lives and inspired a new generation of visionary artists.

Elizabeth Holmes

Just because she was extremely fraudulent, doesn’t mean she didn’t have a vision! Theranos would’ve been so cool if it worked. Plus, we have to admire her dedication to her completely fabricated persona. I hope she’s having a Shah-mazing time in prison.

Lady Gaga

Brennan Keeley

You might be like, “Wait, who is that?” but soon, he will be a household name. Brennan Keeley is a recent NYU Tisch graduate with immense talent in the creative arts. Excelling as an actor, writer, designer, and more, he will make waves in the theatre and fashion worlds. Stay tuned for big things to come from him.

Joelle Joanie “Jojo” Siwa is a 20-year-old with a toy empire and a desire to be the most famous celesbian of all time. Thanks for this one, Abby Lee!

Kris Jenner

You might assume her kids are the visionaries, but think about it, all of her children are successful business people and public figures. That didn’t happen by accident. They needed a strong mentor/momager to propel them to greatness. This is why Kris Jenner is the true visionary behind iconic brands like Skims, Kylie Cosmetics, Good American, 818 Tequila, and Poosh.

Ok, hear me out: I am an atheist, but this Jesus guy seemed pretty cool. He was hanging out with whores and tax collectors before it was cool. That is some visionary behavior if you ask me. Also, the Last Supper? That was a gorgeously curated community gathering and immersive theatre experience.
